01 Definitions

"jillstu" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at jillstu.org, including all associated games, services, features, and content offered therein. "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on jillstu. "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, payment processing, customer support, and ancillary features provided by jillstu. "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the platform. "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use jillstu, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jillstu or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jillstu or its affiliated entities.

jillstu reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jillstu. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jillstu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jillstu immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

jillstu may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued Philippine ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jillstu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillstu does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits specified in the platform's current payment policy, which may be updated from time to time. Members are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for current limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jillstu aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. jillstu reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on jillstu are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jillstu does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jillstu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the stated criteria at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jillstu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jillstu and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Money laundering or using jillstu for any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Accessing jillstu from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on jillstu use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on jillstu's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

jillstu reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on jillstu, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of jillstu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jillstu's content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillstu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. jillstu's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillstu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jillstu's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. jillstu will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jillstu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jillstu, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jillstu implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect member data.

12 Account Closure & Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting jillstu's 24/7 live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to the member's registered payment method. jillstu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jillstu reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of jillstu following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree with the amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jillstu's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jillstu's internal complaints process requires members to first submit a formal complaint via live chat or email, which jillstu will endeavor to resolve within fourteen (14) business days.
